Some of our recent projects
- Full redevelopment of asthma inhalation product to achieve conversion from CFC to HFA propellants. This included formulation development, component selection, pre-stability testing, clinical trial manufacture, pivotal stability studies, product, characterisation studies, scale-up, facility design, facility build, process validation and commercial supplies.
- Completed full development of generic nasal sprays from formulation through to commercialisation, including licence submission and approval.
- Partial development of generic MDI including method transfer, process development, scale-up, facility design and build, particle size distribution evaluation and development, process validation execution and reporting for a range of strengths.
- Assisted in formulation refinement for combination product, inclusive of particle size selection for suspended drug, process development, clinical trial supplies and process validation.
- Conducted process development and scale-up on branded MDI product followed by full process validation and compilation of the associated section of the CTD.
- Early formulation studies on topical hydrocarbon products utilising expertise to select gas, product:gas ratio, valve and actuator.
